DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

How rdr2 Handles Your Data and Account Security

We apply specific technical and procedural controls to protect your account and personal data.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: name, contact details, payment method identifiers (UPI handle, Paytm number) and transaction history. We do not collect payment credentials such as full card numbers or UPI PINs at any point.

Cookie Controls

Cookies on rdr2.click fall into three groups: strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. You can adjust analytics and marketing cookies from the cookie preference panel in your browser without affecting core account functionality or your saved payment options.

Account Security Measures

All account sessions are protected by HTTPS encryption, and we enforce two-step verification for withdrawal requests processed via PhonePe or bank transfer. Suspicious login attempts from new devices trigger an automatic email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Policy

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a legally required period after closure. Transaction records linked to UPI and Paytm payments are kept for the period mandated by applicable Indian financial regulations, then securely deleted.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

You may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Submit any such request to our legal inbox; we respond with a decision within 30 days of receipt.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe) only to the extent needed to complete your transactions. We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Any third-party service provider we engage is bound by a data processing agreement aligned with applicable law.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions About rdr2

These questions cover the legal and policy topics our account holders in India ask about most often — from data access to account closure and cookie management. If your question is not answered here, contact our support team via live chat or email for a direct response.

These terms apply to every person who creates an account at rdr2.click where local law in India permits. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all sections of our terms, privacy policy and cookie policy.

Email our legal inbox with the subject line 'Data Access Request' and include your registered account email. We will compile and send your data within 30 days. The data export includes account details, transaction history and any marketing preferences we hold.

Yes. Submit a deletion request to our legal inbox. We will erase data not required by law within 30 days. Transaction records linked to Paytm, UPI or PhonePe payments are retained for the period required by Indian financial regulations before deletion.

After account closure we retain only the data we are legally required to keep. All other records are deleted at the end of our standard retention period. You will receive a confirmation email once your closure and any applicable data deletion have been processed.

Log in and visit your account profile to update contact details. For changes to your registered payment method — such as a new Paytm number or UPI handle — contact live chat support, who will verify your identity before applying the update.

Strictly necessary cookies keep your session active and cannot be disabled. Analytics and marketing cookies can be turned off from the cookie panel without losing account access. Disabling them means we will not personalise content based on your browsing behaviour.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law to the extent that local law applies to your account. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team may be referred to the relevant courts or dispute resolution mechanisms available under Indian law.
