Yes. Every transaction you make through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or any other supported payment rail is subject to the payment-conduct clauses of these Terms, which set out processing expectations, error-reporting windows and refund procedures.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law to the extent that such law applies to your use of rdr2.click. Where a specific clause conflicts with mandatory local law, local law prevails and that clause is read accordingly.
